They discuss how the recruiting process is managed and how they approach potential student-athletes considering Notre Dame. In this episode, Tony and Jon sit down with Production Assistant, Joey Mizutani on his last day of work at FIM!  Joey has recently accepted a job with Boston College as their Creative Video Producer. The guys discuss Joey's 18 months at FIM and how he developed as a producer and editor.  They recap his work with Notre Dame hockey during their run to the national championship game in 2018 and how he was able to thrive after being thrown into the fire in his first few months with FIM! To start the show, Jon and Tony call Joey during his second week in Boston to check on on the new job and see how he is adjusting to life back on the east coast!
